Integris Represents BRANDED FOOD TRANSACTION

Integris Partners recently advised Wallace Farms, Inc. , on the sale of its Nick's Sticks division to Castleray, LLC, a private equity firm, and its portfolio company, Wenzel's Farm. The Nick's Sticks brand of grass-fed, clean label meat sticks was one of the earliest clean label meat snack products in the market, having built a significant Amazon client base, and a rapidly growing natural food distribution network, as it expanded its grocery store presence.

Nick Wallace, CEO of Wallace Farms, Inc., said, "Integris Partners went out of their way to find the perfect buyer for the Nick's Sticks brand, exploring the universe of potential buyers, to find Wenzel's Farm. Not only are Wenzel's Farm and Castleray ideally positioned to help us with our growing manufacturing needs, but more importantly, they understand and share our commitment to grass-fed, clean meat snack products. The fact that our management team will become an integral part of the Wenzel's Farm operation allows me to continue with that aspect of the business that I'm so passionate about, namely developing the tastiest, healthiest, clean meat snack products, which is exactly what I was hoping for."

Jason Wallace, a founder and shareholder of Wallace Farms, Inc., added, "Stephen van den Heever and the Integris team really took the time to understand our business, but more importantly, helped us identify and plan around aspects of our operation that allowed for us to fine tune the business before we went to market, and hence, enabled us to sidestep potential deal issues that could have arisen without us dealing with them first. It is evident that the food sector experience that this banking team has, was invaluable throughout our process. Not only do they understand the buyer universe, but they have a deep and first-hand experience about food manufacturing, food distribution, and the nuances within our industry. We certainly would not have achieved our fantastic result without the insight, knowledge, creativity, connections and professionalism that Integris provided for us every step of the way. The owners of Wallace Farms will be forever grateful for our Integris partnership – and we hope that we can work together again someday soon."
