Patrick brings to Integris Partners the skills developed from his work at several prominent investment banks as well as from his time doing in-house corporate M&A. In recent years, he has focused mainly on transactions in Food and other Consumer sectors, as well as Agriculture.

Prior to Integris Partners, Patrick was a Managing Director at another middle-market firm serving closely-held companies, financial sponsors, and public companies, and previous to that he was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York.

Before becoming an investment banker, he completed a number of M&A transactions in his role as Head of Corporate Development for Katy Industries, a publicly traded consumer and industrial products company. He started his career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

He is a founding member of the Mile High Five Foundation.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Colorado and earned his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Stephen has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, operating businesses (in food and other sectors), and accounting.  Today Stephen spends most of his time representing companies in the Consumer and Industrials sectors.

Stephen began his career in South Africa as an audit manager at Ernst & Young, and at Investec Merchant Bank where he focused on M&A and recapitalizations.  He has also been a business entrepreneur, including founding a manufacturing company that was contracted by the Walt Disney Company to develop an outdoor-image product that can still be seen at Epcot Center today. He also helped lead a management buyout of a neural net software technology company from its publicly-traded parent, serving as its global CFO, and built and sold a specialty food company to a publicly-traded confection company.

Stephen graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Accounting, and a High Diploma in Corporate Law. He also holds CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst credentials.  He is a director of the Food Bank of Larimer County and was previously a director of Colorado State University Ventures, Inc. (a tech-transfer and IP commercialization entity).

Ethan joined Integris Partners from another middle-market investment banking firm, where he worked in the Plastics, Heavy, and Niche Manufacturing Group. At Integris, he has completed dozens of transactions across a number of industries including natural and conventional foods, outdoor products, juvenile products, agricultural inputs, niche industrial manufacturing, and business services.

He is actively involved in the Denver community through board level positions with Cooking Matters Colorado, ACE Scholarships, City Year, and the Mile High Five Foundation.

Ethan was named by ColoradoBiz Magazine as one of the Top 5 Most Influential Young Professionals in Colorado.  He graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a BS in Finance.

Robert brings to Integris Partners the skills developed in working on M&A and financing transactions of all sizes and around the world since 1995. In recent years, he has been active in the Consumer, Industrials, and Business Services sectors.

Prior to Integris, Robert was a Managing Director at another middle-market firm where he led the Transportation / Logistics practice and also ran transactions in Industrials and Business Services. Prior to that, he was the lead transactor in the 34-person Transportation Group at UBS, and before that was a founding member of the Transportation team at Deutsche Bank.  Both of these roles were based in London where Robert worked on engagements across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America including with US clients active in those regions.  He has twice been recognized by investment-banking publications as leading a “deal of the year.”

Robert is on the Board of the Denver chapter of ACG, is active with Naturally Boulder, and is the past President of the Rocky Mountain Princeton Club.

Robert graduated from Princeton University with an AB in History and Russian Studies, and earned an MA in History from the University of Michigan. He speaks Russian.

Bill has been involved in M&A transactions involving U.S. and international businesses for over 30 years. In 1992, he co-founded Integris’ predecessor, Doering & Eastwood, Ltd., a lower middle market investment banking firm specializing in food, agriculture, niche manufacturing, and distribution. Assignments included representing a division of a Fortune 500 company in its acquisition program and numerous privately held businesses in their sales or recapitalization efforts. As an investment banker, Bill has advised on completed transactions on six continents. Prior to his investment banking career, Bill was Vice President of Development for ConAgra AgriProducts, responsible for negotiating acquisitions for the international, commodity and retail activities of ConAgra while the company grew from $250 million to $20 billion in sales. Previously Bill was an associate with a Wall Street law firm and at Deloitte Touche, CPAs. Bill is an author and lecturer and has co-authored the Warner Books publication, “Cashing In: How to Get the Most from your Business.”

Bill graduated with a B.S. in Accounting with honors and a J.D. in law degrees from the University of Virginia and earned a Masters in Law and Taxation from New York University.

Jared joined Integris in 2012 and has since completed numerous M&A transactions across all of the firm’s industries of focus.

Prior to Integris, Jared worked as a Senior in the Audit Services practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he completed audits of both public and private company clients across a wide range of industries.

Jared attended University of San Diego where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Accountancy along with a minor in Spanish. He holds an active CPA license as well as a Series 79.

Prior to joining Integris, Nick worked as a Manager in KPMG’s Transaction Services group, providing financial due diligence services to Private Equity and Strategic acquirers across a variety of industries. Prior to KPMG, Nick had significant experience in the oil and gas industry as a Senior Analyst focused on financial and accounting due diligence at a highly acquisitive midstream oil and gas company, and as a Senior in Deloitte’s Audit practice, leading the audit of a public midstream oil and gas company.

Nick attended the University of Northern Colorado where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He holds an active CPA license as well as a Series 79.

Dawn joined Integris Partners in 2016 after being involved in a startup and fast-growing specialty food manufacturing company, which was sold to a public company. Her experience with operating businesses gives her a keen insight into the investment banking world. Dawn has been involved in transactions in the food, manufacturing, and biotech spaces.

Dawn is responsible for much of the behind-the scenes work of the M&A process including: market and company research, production of marketing materials, and management of the diligence process.

Dawn graduated from Colorado University, Boulder summa cum laude with a degree in Environmental Design. She holds a Series 79 License.

Prior to joining Integris, Justin worked as an Analyst in UBS’ Industrials Investment Bank, where he worked on Capital Markets and M&A transactions.

Justin attended Southern Methodist University where he graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance and a specialization in Alternative Asset Management. He holds a Series 79 license.
